New York Mets Start Homestand Against Dodgers –

The New York Mets started a nine game homestand with a 9-4 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers.  New York plays a three game series against the Dodgers, Diamondbacks, and Pirates.  Jacob deGrom takes the mound for game two of the series against the Dodgers on Wednesday night.  Jacob deGrom is another strong pitching prospect in the Mets organization.  The Mets are 20-24 on the season and five games out of first place.
